Adjust the brew concentration according to your tastes using the water tank's 4/6/8/10 oz markers.
When the pump is too hot, the programming may go wrong and misjudge if the pump need to work. You can try to unplug the machine and allow it to cool down.
Or due to the knob is not fixed correctly, there will be no water coming out due to safety device. Please keep rotating the knob until the triangle icon aligned with the locking icon.
Pull the tray out and away from the machine to remove.
There are multiple causes for this. Try using less water or another capsule. If using a reusable capsule, try using a finer coffee powder.
A full brew takes about 3 minutes. The brewing time depends on how much water is being used to brew as well as the current internal temperature of the brewer. To quicken the process, try brewing with either less water or while the machine has already been pre-heated.
